The 2022 season of Musikàmera is rich and ambitious in terms of programs, number of events and choice of performers. During the calendar year concerts will be held in the Sala Grande and in the Sale Apollinee of the La Fenice Opera House, and a concert at the Malibran Theater. In collaboration with the Archivio Musicale Guido Alberto Fano Onlus, concerts dedicated to particular aspects of chamber music literature of the last three centuries will also be held.
The 2022 season will therefore count a total of 35 concerts at Teatro La Fenice, all with performers of the highest artistic level. To this will be added the 12 lessons-concerts of the “Musik@giovani” series, aimed at students in the Venice area. A program that aims more and more to popularize the great instrumental and vocal chamber repertoire from the seventeenth to the twentieth century.
The choice of performers is increasingly international and looks to the great stars of the world concert scene. The inauguration of the season coincides with the first of two appointments in the sumptuous setting of the Sala Grande of the La Fenice Opera House, and features the American Hilary Hahn, one of the greatest virtuosos of the violin, who will perform two Beethoven sonatas in a duo with the Swiss pianist Andreas Haefliger. The second concert in the Sala Grande will be given by the historic Russian pianist Lilya Zilberstein, Busoni Prize in 1987 and protagonist of a brilliant career. The concert at the Malibran Theater will close the 2022 season and will feature Russian pianist Alexander Malofeev, Tchaikovsky Prize in 2014 and renowned phenomenon of the great Russian piano school.
