These Terms and Conditions for Online Sales (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to all purchase orders you place on the VéVé Glass online store located at (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and your subsequent agreement with VéVé Glass, brand department of Cromia Glass s.n.c. with registered office in via Venier 44, 30020 Venice Marcon, Italy, VAT number IT03025190277, Fiscal Code 03025190277 (hereinafter referred to as “VéVé Glass”, “we”, “our”, “us”) regarding your purchase of VéVé Glass products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”).


Our primary “mission” is customer satisfaction and all VéVé Glass staff are committed to achieving this goal.

  1. Services

We are a manufacturer of objects in genuine and certified Murano glass. In our shop you can find a wide selection of high-quality glass items. All our products are created by our glassmakers and differ from all other industrial objects. The Website allows you to purchase decorative glass products for interior design such as centerpieces, sculptures, plates, mirrors, steles, lamps and wall art decorations. The Products offered on the Website are all handmade. All final prices of the Products displayed on the Website are expressed in euros. The prices of the Products may be subject to change by VéVé Glass. The shipping costs for Products are included.

  1. Products

You can proceed to the selection of the Products as described in the relevant sections, selecting them each time and adding the desired quantities to your shopping cart. The images are provided for information purposes and may differ slightly from the appearance of the delivered product because they are handmade. All items are first choice and are guaranteed “Genuine Murano Glass”.

Our decorations are produced exclusively with artistic Murano glass and are handcrafted. All our products are subjected to a careful quality control; imperfections, irregularities and minor variations in size are a quality of handmade products. Any slight color differences may be due to different batches of glass or the type of processing: glass-melting. The small air bubbles present in glass objects are an integral part of the processing and do not give rise to disputes.

At the end of the selection of the desired items, a screen will be displayed to send the order with an indication of the total costs and expenses. Once the quote is confirmed, you will be asked to complete the order through payment.

  1. Payments

By purchasing online Products, you can make payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure. The information required for payment will be forwarded, via encrypted protocols, to the payment institution to which VéVé Glass entrusts electronic payment services remotely, without access by third parties.

Payments must be made at the same time as the order and only after payment the selected items will be shipped or put into production.

The invoice for the purchased products will be sent during shipping.

  1. Delivery

All orders are processed immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that not all items may always be in stock at the time of ordering. If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 24 working hours, if the item is not in stock or can be delivered shortly, you will need to wait the production time for the work. The time can vary depending on the type of object from 3 to 14 working days.

The products are carefully packed with high-quality materials. Strong cardboard boxes are used for shipping, except for large products which are packed in wooden crates, and the contents are well protected with layers of polystyrene. Each box is designed in size and weight in order to be easily handled.

We ship our products all over the world using couriers that offer Standard and Express services among the major market players. We choose the most economical and efficient solution according to the item purchased and its destination. Each of our shipments is insured and you can monitor the shipment of your purchase online with a convenient tracking system following the different steps, from the order processing to the destination you have chosen. When buying a product, remember to provide a valid phone number for the courier who may need to contact you to provide information on the delivery of the package.

When the product is delivered to the courier to be shipped to your address, you become the owner of the ordered goods. In no case we will be responsible for any damage caused by delays in delivery and for no reason you can refuse to release the goods ordered on arrival. Customs duties and local taxes are not included in the price and vary from country to country. We accept no responsibility for expenses, taxes and customs duties in countries such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Switzerland, Japan, Korea and any other country in the world. Please contact the local customs office in your country to check the amount of customs charges. Any import duties are paid by buyers on delivery. All deliveries within the European Union are duty free.

Deliveries to trade fairs or other events are not possible. It is not possible to indicate a P.O. box as the delivery address because the signature of the person collecting the delivery is required at the time of delivery.

  1. Liability

Our liability for defects of the goods sold, if promptly denounced and established jointly with the same, is limited exclusively to the free replacement of the defective material. Compensation for any direct or indirect damage suffered by you as customer is excluded in any case.

  1. Complaints

Glass is a fragile material. For this reason, all our Products are insured during shipping.

Complaints of any shortages or breakages must be made exclusively to the carrier. Before picking up the package and signing the receipt, we always advise you to check the integrity of the package very carefully. If the package is damaged, inform the carrier immediately upon delivery and describe the damage in the delivery document itself. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods you must contact us by sending an email to our customer service ( and attaching one or more photos of the defective or damaged product near its original packaging. Damaged items must be kept at our disposal for return unless otherwise specified. A new item in place of the damaged one will be sent to you as soon as possible without additional charges.

Any other claims related to the nature and / or characteristics of the material must be promptly forwarded to us by e-mail and not later than 14 days from the receipt of goods.


After receiving the email with the images, VéVé Glass will do its best to respond to the report received as soon as possible. All shipping costs for returning the product and/or any taxes or customs duties are entirely your expense.

  1. Court

Whatever the nationality and residence of our contracting party, this contract is subject to Italian law, the Italian Civil Code and the jurisdiction of the Italian Judge. Any dispute arising between the parties will be transferred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Venice, Italy as the only competent court, that is the Justice of the Peace of Venice, Italy, when this is in charge of such potential dispute.


Right of withdrawal - Satisfied or reimbursed

Our goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order and want to return the item, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after two weeks from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to

Before returning the product, you have to ensure that all the following conditions are correctly met:

– the returned product must be unused, intact and undamaged

– the returned product must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories

– the returned product must be sent in its original packaging

Within 5 days from the date of notice of the withdrawal, you must send us the returned product and notify us by e-mail. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We do not assume the risk of any damage to the goods during transport.

Upon receipt of the returned product, if all the above conditions are met and the replacement has not been agreed, we will refund the cost of the product. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Shipping costs, any taxes and customs duties are your responsibility.

Note: All wholesalers, intermediaries and retailers are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or clearly customized.
