With the aim of cultivating chamber music and extending its knowledge, Musikàmera benefits from the support of La Fenice Theater in whose halls concerts and other initiatives will be held, including concerts by the Quartetto Adorno.
Quartetto Adorno was founded in 2015: Edoardo Zosi and Liù Pelliciari violins, Benedetta Bucci viola and Danilo Squitieri cello attended the advanced courses for string quartet held by Miguel Da Silva (Quatuor Ysaye), A. Farulli and A. Nannoni at the “Scuola di Musica di Fiesole”. In 2017 Quartetto Adorno won the Third Prize (First Prize not awarded), the Special Prize for the best performance of a contemporary piece and the Public’s Prize at the International String Quartet Competition “XI Premio Paolo Borciani”. In 2018 Quartetto Adorno is the winner of the X International Competition for String Quartet “V. E. Rimbotti” and it also becomes associate artist in residence at the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth in Brussels. The quartet has important collaborations that include great artists such as: P. Badura-Skoda, B. Canino, A. Carbonare, F. Meloni, P. Meyer, G. Sollima.
