Until November 27, 2022 the Salone Verde in Venice hosts the collateral event of the Biennale Arte “Take your time” by Francesca Leone, curated by Danilo Eccher, with the scientific direction of Nomas Foundation. The exhibition inaugurates the restoration and the opening of the new exhibition space in the heart of the city.
Taking life from the reflections around the restrictions imposed by the pandemic and the suspension of collective and individual time during the health emergency, questioning the relationship between human, time and matter, the installation itinerary is unprecedented. The artist decomposes, forges, shapes, sculpts, paints the marginalized, thrown and discarded matter to give it back a poetic life and a new moral relationship with the human.
The public moves within an installation and immersive itinerary consisting of fluid spaces, separated but connected to each other. Here time takes on a value of aesthetic reflexivity necessary to redefine the self and the meaning of one’s actions in relation to the world.
