A new unmissable Italian date is added to the tour of Damien Rice, one of the most important international songwriters of our time.
Organized by Veneto Jazz and Zen Production, as part of the AAVV festival, in collaboration with Vigna PR, Concerto Music and Live Nation, the Irish singer-songwriter will perform on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Teatro La Fenice, a unique event at one of the world’s most prestigious opera houses.
Following the release of the albums “O“, “9” and the latest “My Favorite Faded Fantasy“, the artist continues with his live performances around the world. Marked always by an unconventional style and a delight in improvisation, with his new big tour the singer-songwriter brings to the stage his positive energy and a delicate sensitivity that makes his persona sincere and unconstructed.
Rice is a unique and eclectic artist who draws his inspirations from Jeff Buckley, Leonard Cohen, and Nick Drake, whose nomadic life has often led him to sing on the streets, traveling from city to city, but that has not precluded him from reaching the world’s biggest stages.
