“Classici riletti” is a conference with video projection by Franco Bolletta, artistic director and organizer of the dance activities of the Teatro La Fenice Foundation.

The classics of academic choreography have been reinterpreted since 1950. “The Nutcracker” is choreographed and dramaturgically rethought among others by John Neumeier, by Maurice Béjart, by Jean-Christophe Maillot.

The same fate will have “Swan Lake”, “Giselle”, and even an opera like “Carmen” will be choreographically transposed and revisited. How and why? Come and see …….
