Dreams in Transit

The moving collective exhibition “Dreams in Transit”, an exploration of migration, resilience, and the human spirit, is open to the public until March 15, 2026. Housed in the evocative spaces of The Human Safety Net, this exhibition forms part of After Migration, the inaugural chapter of “The Parliament of the Invisibles”, a global program by the Art for Action Foundation, inspired by Anish Kapoor.

Among the featured works is the striking White Tower, built with 800 kg of hotel sheets, a tribute by Lorraine de Sagazan and Anouk Maugein to migrant workers who quietly sustain our tourism economy. Equally impactful are photographs by Leila Alaoui and Sarah Makharine, capturing the haunting eyes of refugee children—faces that hold the weight of displacement and the hope for a better future.

“Dreams in Transit” invites visitors to listen, reflect, and connect with the otherwise untold stories of migrants, suspended between past and future, memory and possibility.

Next door, the interactive experience “A World of Potential” enriches the visit with 16 multimedia installations that challenge visitors to discover their own personal strengths and those of others.

Powered by Generali, The Human Safety Net is a global movement supporting vulnerable individuals. Since 2017, their “For Refugees” program has empowered over 13,000 people across 25 countries. An exhibition not just to visit, but to feel.
