The goal of “Musica con le ali” is to give the public an unforgettable experience in one of the most beautiful theaters in the world and at the same time offer an important opportunity for professional growth to young performers.
Gaia Trionfera is born in Assisi in 2000 and winner of numerous competitions with international appeal from a very young age. Trionfera has performed as a soloist with several chamber orchestras in Italy and around Europe. Trionfera continues studies at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien in Hanover (Germany), under the direction of Prof. Kryzstof Wegrzyn on violin.
Born in 1983 in Portogruaro, near Venice, the pianist Alessandro Taverna trained at the Accademia in Imola and later specialized at Hochschule in Hanover. Hailed by British music critics as the “natural successor to their great compatriot Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli”, Taverna’s “music making stimulates the senses like a visit to their hometown in Venice” and gives “rise to a feeling of wonderment.” Taverna is often regarded as one of the best Italian pianists of their generation.
The program of the concert in La Fenice Opera House of the duo Trionfera Taverna includes:
- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Sonata in E minor KV304
- Franz Schubert, Sonatina in A minor D. 385
