Hamilton De Holanda and Chano Dominguez are the protagonists of a concert organized by Veneto Jazz on the occasion of the festival “Jazz&“. The icons of the Spanish Chano and the Brazilian Hamilton take us on a musical journey between improvisation, modernity and tradition, in a vibrant Jazz fusion through their traditions, flamenco and Brazilian music.
A fascinating performance with these two masters of their instrument filled with improvisation, tradition, and modernity that will set the audience ablaze. Chano`s piano embodies the electric Flamenco Passion while Hamilton`s 10 string mandolin flows frenetic polyphonic Melodies and Brazilian Rhythms.
This Jazz symbiosis makes every concert in a hypnotic approach to their roots reflecting into their authorial repertoire. They will also pay tributes to some of their main inspirations Paco de Lucia, Baden Powell, and world jazz classics. Together they collect 2 Latin Grammys and 16 nominations. They had shared the stage or recorded with names like Paco Lucia, Wynton Marsalis, Herbie Hancock, Chick Correa, Chucho Valdes, Dave Mathews and much more.
