Julian Steckel and Martina Filjak will hold two concerts in the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice on Sunday, June 5 and Monday, June 6, 2022. With the support of Musikàmera, a group of chamber and classical music lovers with the aim of increasing musical culture, the works will be by Beethoven, Martinu and Rachmaninov.
Born into a family of musicians, Julian Steckel began studying the cello at the age of 5 and subsequently received encouragement, enrichment and guidance from Ulrich Voss, Gustav Rivinius, Boris Pergamenschikow, Heinrich Schiff and Antje Weithaas. After winning several awards, Julian Steckle is now one of the most sought-after cellists on the international scene.
Croatian pianist Martina Filjak turned out to be a first-class artist. She is garnering international praise for her poetic passion and technical mastery at the piano, as well as her charismatic personality and magnetic stage presence. In recent years she is frequently invited to the best international orchestras.

- Borislav Martinu, Variations on a Theme by Rossini
- Sergej Rachmaninov, Sonata in G minor op. 19
