Julian Steckel and Martina Filjak will hold two concerts in the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice on Sunday, June 5 and Monday, June 6, 2022. With the support of Musikàmera, a group of chamber and classical music lovers with the aim of increasing musical culture, the works will be by Beethoven, Martinu and Rachmaninov.

Born into a family of musicians, Julian Steckel began studying the cello at the age of 5 and subsequently received encouragement, enrichment and guidance from Ulrich Voss, Gustav Rivinius, Boris Pergamenschikow, Heinrich Schiff and Antje Weithaas. After winning several awards, Julian Steckle is now one of the most sought-after cellists on the international scene.
