Monica Cattarossi and Ettore Pagano

In collaboration with the Archivio Musicale Guido Alberto Fano Onlus, pianist Monica Cattarossi and cellist Ettore Pagano hold a concert for the “Novecento Storico Italiano” festival. Monday, June 27, in the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice, the duo will perform works by Castelnuovo-Tedesco, Fano, Ligeti, Prokofiev.

During her studies, Monica Cattarossi discovered her predilection for chamber music. For more than ten years, she has been collaborating with famous cellists and violinists in courses and concerts in Italy and abroad, and alongside her concert engagements, she has an intense teaching activity.

The Roman Ettore Pagano began studying the cello at the age of nine. He attended the Academy of Cremona and the Conservatory of Rome. In over 40 national and international competitions he has been awarded the first prize, and he has been invited to play in recitals on important international stages in Germany, Austria, Greece, Egypt and the United States of America.
