In the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice, in collaboration with the “Musikàmera” association, pianist Roberto Prosseda will perform on March 12, 2023.
Roberto Prosseda is one of the most active pianists on the international concert scene. He recorded Mendelssohn’s complete piano works for Decca and is the only one to give concerts with the pedal piano, an instrument he brought back to light after a century of oblivion.
The Latina pianist’s program includes:
- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Fantasia K 475
- Robert Schumann, Vier Skizzen op. 58 – from the 6 Etudes in Canon form op. 56: n 1, 2, 4.
- Charles-Valentin Alkan, 3 Prières – 2 Grands Preludes
- Franz Liszt, Fantasia quasi Sonata après une lecture de Dante
